Overview of ECL2

ECL2 Consulting Services, LLC was established in 2005 by its founder, Lori J. Ernst. After gaining expertise in the military as a Quartermaster and eventually a Medical Services officer, Lori J. Ernst added to that foundation her civilian experience working in various roles through the complete supply chain.

ECL2 Overview

ECL2 was born out of the belief that by 1) examining a supply chain in its entirety, 2) working collaboratively with the organizations that make up the chain, 3) by removing inefficiencies through process improvements, and lastly 4) driving standardization, the industry would significantly reduce costs and provide better quality of service. With that in mind, ECL2 has used its knowledge of manufacturing, distribution and healthcare delivery for its core competencies in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operations to serve its client base.

Currently, ECL2 provides services and IQM/Q-Pulse (EQMS) to all entities within the regulated supply chain. These services encompass a broad spectrum of services including providing quality systems software, regulatory expertise on FDA, DEA, and state board requirements, value-add operational set-ups, validation services, compliance auditing, strategic planning, project management, facility layout and design, equipment sourcing, procedure development, training, performance improvement and complete (EQMS) implementation.

With the addition of the 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Business certification, ECL2 Consulting Services, LLC is committed to continuing its service offering and combining its expertise in the supply chain area to pursue distribution as well as other opportunities. We invite you to explore our current offerings and we look forward to discussing new ones!
